Flexibility is key, which is why I offer both in-person and online classes. If clients prefer the convenience of practising from their own homes, my virtual classes via Zoom provide the same level of attention and guidance. For those who crave a more immersive experience, my instructors can come to their home in Henley On Thames or its surrounding areas.

To ensure you receive the maximum benefit from my classes, I use a combination of Hatha and Bhakti Yoga techniques.
